Just bought a dining table... actually... the owner came over and said I looked "perplexed". I agreed as I wanted their ridiculously amazing $10000 table that was priced at $4000 and felt it would be a minor sacrifice to purchase it. In the end it was much too large and I picked another. The owner was amazing; genuine, helpful, and not aggressive. He then handed me over to another extremely effervescent designer to finalize my order and shipping... all in all.. incredible experience, one of the only stores in town where you'll fall in love with everything there.
