We purchased a leather sofa and loveseat and a dining room table from Carissah at Revolve. She was great to deal with and extremely helpful. The pieces all arrived with some minimal damage. I called Carissah immediately to let her know and she was very apologetic and immediately put me in touch with their claims manager, who dealt with the situation promptly. A repair person was sent out within two weeks to repair the leather and a new table base was ordered to replace the scratched one that arrived. Great customer service!
