Strong words. In the business of custom orders, unfortunately, and on very rare occasions, things go wrong, but we are committed as a company to make it right. We worked closely with your wife, Merima, to do just that. It's what we're happy to do because we know you've waited a long time for your furniture and it's disappointing to have to wait any longer. Other than the time factor, which is out of our control we're really not sure in what way we haven't resolved the issue. Thanks, the revolve team.
