Everybody is nice till the sale. Me and my fiancé recently purchased a bed frame from here. It broke on our first night simply sleeping on it. When I went to revolve with the problem, not only did they do nothing to solve the issue, they accused me of wrong installation (see other reviews, I'm not the first in this situation).

We're people just like you, trying to do a good job and we take our customer's feedback seriously. If we'd had any complaints about the quality of this bed or structural concerns, we would have removed it from our line up.
A bed is a structure like any other that is designed to be put together in a certain way. If any one bed part is put together incorrectly it destabilizes the integrity of the whole. That's why we offer professional delivery. We have no control over what happens when you choose to do your own assembly.
