We purchased a sectional couch for $2700, and we were told that we would have it within 4-6 weeks. 5 weeks after purchasing, we got an email saying that the couch was delayed another 6 weeks, meaning we had to wait 3 months to receive our couch. I was very upset about this, so to make it right, they sent a $100 gift card. Finally, we were sent an email saying that we would receive the sectional by the end of "next week." Well, Thursday of that week, I called them and they said that it was only in the stockroom by "next week," and that I would have to wait 7-10 days for shipping (after an already 3 month long wait!). I said that I needed it in time for a party the following week, so would like it earlier in the week. Originally, they gave me a Friday the following week delivery, but after someone cancelled for the Saturday before, they called me, and I took that delivery spot. I was pleased that my sales associate was so on-it in her ability to book this slot for me.
