March Showroom Feature: Bain Leather Sofa & Chair

Our new designer room in our Calgary showroom features our Bain leather sofa and chair.
Our interior designer, Larissa Shannon, wanted to highlight this modern sofa by placing it near the windows and using natural lighting to “give this room new life.”
Earth tones are a timeless colour palette and very on-trend, so the use of earth tones and materials in this room keeps it contemporary and stylish simultaneously. Using mixed woods and earthy hues like browns, oranges, greens, and some brass details grounds the room and help bring balance to the stark white wall and colder elements. The plush area rug also contrasts with the clean look of leather and adds a comforting feel. Larissa intended for this room “to be a pleasant, welcoming space that makes you want to stay and relax for a while.”
Styling the Bain Sofa
The Bain sofa has comfortable cushions, a higher back, and deeper seats, giving you the ultimate comfort while you binge your latest TV series. The armchair is oversized and allows you to lean back while you sip your morning coffee or lounge with a good book. The Kinsley coffee table has a large round shape that draws attention and by placing it with a sleek and comfortable sofa, creates a focal point for the room. We love using subtle earth tones and luxurious furnishings together to make a simple but beautiful statement.
